What happens if my plane is early or late arriving? No need to worry, an LTI agent will track and monitor your flight arrival. An LTI agent receives up to the minute flight data, which will ensure an LTI chauffeur at the time of your arrival.

Where do I meet my Chauffeur for Airport pick-up? Each airport has different rules and policies of allowing chauffeurs to leave vehicles unattended to come inside to meet you. Call your LTI agent to inquire for your arriving airport pick up procedures.

What is VIP Meet + Greet service? At some airports chauffeurs are not allowed inside terminals, so we strongly recommend a VIP Meet + Greet agent to greet you at your baggage carrousel and assist with your luggage and then escort you to your chauffeur and vehicle.

How much of a grace period do I have to meet the Chauffeur on my Point to Point (flat rate) Airport Transfer Reservation? LTI allows a 30 minute grace period on Point to Point (flat rate) airport transfers from the time your plane arrives at the gate, which allows you to collect your luggage and meet your chauffeur. In the case the 30 minutes is exceeded there is a $1.00 per minute charge.

What is your Cancellation Policy? LTI has a 2 hour cancellation policy. In the case that 2 hours notice was not given the client is responsible for a 2 hour minimum charge.

Is it possible to make, change or cancel a reservation with my Chauffeur? No, our chauffeurs are not trained to do so and we have a 24 hour office staff to accommodate you.

How can I set up an account with LTI? Please contact our Sales Manager.

How does LTI charge for their services? Nationally and worldwide LTI has a simple standardized rate for all its chauffeured vehicle transportation. Please inquire with our reservation agents.

Does LTI have point to point flat rates? Yes, only in MA., USA.

Does LTI have any additional hidden charges? LTI has a base rate plus a 20% recommended chauffeur's gratuity, an 8% admin fee, all tolls and airport fees.

How can I get a receipt? You can go online to view and print an invoice or call a LTI reservation agent and we can email, fax or mail you a copy.

What is an hourly rate job? An hourly rate service is when a client needs a vehicle and chauffeurs at their disposal to go as directed or wait and return from a location.

Can I reserve a vehicle for only 1 hour of service? No, all LTI vehicles have at least 2 hour minimums.

How far in advance do I need to make a reservation? Our LTI staff is trained to take ASAPS and last minute changes, but you should schedule as soon as you have a firm schedule.

Does LTI have employees in 450 cities? No, LTI has a staff of over 200 employees in its Boston based headquarters. LTI has an affiliate network, fully licensed and insured, that is held to our highest standards all over the globe to accommodate your world travel needs.
