ABOUT LTI: Quality Assurance

Exceeding our client’s expectations from start to finish is a serious commitment. To achieve these daily goals we have the most cutting edge technology with in our industry and Quality Assurance Programs to help make your chauffeured travel be more enjoyable. Our programs include:

GPS Tracking: All LTI vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking devices to ensure on time vehicles and correct routing.

DriveCam: All LTI vehicles are equipped with DriveCam. A DriveCam is a video event data recorder that has been proven to improve driving safety. Safe driving is an essential to the needs of our clients and the Drivecam is a helpful tool in managing safety.

Reservation Voice Recording: LTI records all phone calls to ensure Quality and the highest level of customer service. Our LTI reservations managers monitor daily calls to train and to ensure efficient friendly reservationists.

Airline Flight Tracking Software: LTI receives up to the minute flight information every three minutes. Whether or not your airline flight is early or late an LTI agent will have the ability to track and monitor your flights landing time.

Quality Assurance Road Supervisor: Daily, our (QA) supervisors go on the road to inspect our vehicles cleanliness and our chauffeur performance.

Client Feedback: Your input is important to us. To let us know how we are doing, we have created Feedback Cards that are in all LTI vehicles. You can also provide your comments via email by sending to: Feedback@LTIlimo.com.

Incentives and Rewards: We are serious about service and recognize our employees for providing great service through Incentive and Reward Programs. An LTI manager monitors daily for any incidents occurring and immediately follows up to meet our client’s satisfaction.

Daily Manager Meeting: An LTI manager monitors daily for any occurring incidents. Immediately following any such, they take action to resolve what ever needs attending to. As well, our operations managers meet every day to further discuss any incidents or events, recapping the day-to-day operations and how incidents can be avoided in the future. Our goal is to always keep in mind how we can improve our clients experience with LTI, and our operations managers are a key component in that effort.
