Vehicle Rates (hourly)
LTI limo worldwide has a simple standardized hourly rate for all its limo rental vehicles depending on vehicle type and country. LTI recommends a 20% gratuity for the chauffeur, an 8% Administrative fee and any parking and tolls.

LTI limo does not have any additional fees or hidden charges like holiday charges, special weekend, late night or early morning fees, etc. In some limo rental Companies, not LTI, these additional fees could add up to be more than 25% to 30% unexpected fee.

Airport Transfer Rates
LTI limo provides a basic flat rate for airport pickups and drop-offs servicing most major airports. The basic airport transfer rate is based upon a pick and drop without any associated delay or waiting time exceeding fifteen (15) minutes. After 15 minutes, wait time will be charged at $1.00 per minute.

LTI limo monitors all commercial and private flights and has up to date information every 3 minutes on every flight. We do not charge for delayed flights or flight cancellations. For more information please contact us at 617.381.0600.

Billing and Accounting
LTI limo accepts all major credit cards: American Express, Master Card and Visa. To set up an account, download our credit card authorization form (PDF). For Individual accounts and personal profiles all payments shall be made after executing the ride. For credit card holders the total amount will be charged to their credit card after the ride.

No Show Fees and Cancellations
VIP Meet and Greet no shows or cancellations will result in a full charge. To avoid a 'no show' charge please call 800.228.6894 if you cannot locate your vehicle

Unusual Conduct
The Company reserves the right to refuse persons who are likely to become objectionable for other persons or if the Chauffeur feels threatened in any way.

Client shall not interfere with the Chauffeur in the discharge of his/her duty or meddle with any apparatus or appliance on the vehicle.

LTI limo is not liable for circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to natural calamities, severe weather, natural disasters and breakdown.

LTI limo is not responsible for lost or damaged baggage, personal belongings, or any items left or lost in vehicles.
